It is with a heavy heart that I inform you of the permanent closure of Pineview Gynecology on December 13, 2024. It has been my honor to take care of your health care needs over the past 23 years and I want to express my sincere gratitude for the trust you have placed in me. As we transition, please know that your health and well-being remain my top priority. I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition for your ongoing healthcare needs and will assist you in transferring your medical records to a new provider.

Additionally, Brooke Rhodes, Anne Snyder, and Emily Manecke will be happy to continue your care at WVU Medicine. Feel free to call after January 1, 2025 to schedule your follow-up or annual visits with them by calling 855-WVU-CARE.
Brooke Rhodes will be seeing patients at WVU Reedsville Primary care on Mondays/Tuesdays and WVU Cheat Lake Physicians on Wednesdays.
Anne Snyder will be seeing patients at WVU University Town Center on Tuesdays/Fridays and WVU Waynesburg Outpatient Center on Wednesdays/Thursdays.
Emily Manecke will be seeing patients at WVU Center for Reproductive Medicine on Tuesdays and WVU Cheat Lake Physicians on Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays.

Please download and complete the release of information (ROI) forms to facilitate the transfer of your records and return to us no later than December 1,2024 through mail, email (admin@pineviewgyn.com) or fax 304-599-8795. The best way to receive your records is to have them emailed directly to you, then before your appointment you can print them and give them to your provider.
